Pleasantly surprisedI thought places like did not exist anymore. You know, a REAL “Mom & Pop” owned restaurant. How refreshing it is to see the real owners working like the rest of us “common” folks. It was very evident when we tasted the food. My daughter and I had the pulled pork sandwich. It was as good or better than I have ever had. And I lived in St. Louis for 12 years. My granddaughter had the shrimp taco’s. I was surprised at the size of shrimp they use. I know this is a seafood town but I have had different experiences when traveling to other resort areas. We also ordered some of the Chicken ranch mac-n-cheese. Again we shared this and all thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything that was served to our table seemed to be very fresh and prepared like you would want it done. I eat out often and wish this place was closer to home. This summer we are going to take another trip up there and we will definitely be eating at this restaurant.

The fish tanks were fun to look at but when my kids went around to look at the different fish they were yelled at for wondering around. The mean waitress made my 6 year old cry. Our actual waitress was very nice and very apologetic about the slow time, she was very embarrassed about it. The food took an 1 1/2 to receive and was over cooked. The atmosphere was very blah. Save your money and just go down the road to Alexandria Bay and get a good meal.

Great service for a large party, good selection of cold beer, offers home made thousand island dressing, cool aquariums, few to none bad choices on the menu, but could have more vegan options. Bless up 🙏

This is a fun and delicious restaurant choice. With large aquariums lining the walls, you'll be entertained while you eat by various fish while you eat. The menu is bar food; having sandwiches, tacos and pizzas. The fish tacos are wonderful and the Reubens were great as well. A fish fry is offered as well on Friday.

We had a small family gathering in celebration of my son's preschool graduation. Fin's was MORE than accommodating. I was able to drop balloons off beforehand and our table was ready upon arrival. There was even an extra balloon added by them. What a special touch! We had pizza, wings, and salad for the whole table. I wouldn't hesitate to have FIn's organize your family parties, big or small. Worst service ever, staff it seemed as tho they didn't have a clue, 20 minutes to get a drink and menu never mind the wait to order and then get our food.. Not impressed at all... Never again !!

The calamari was excellent, the sweet chili sauce was the perfect touch. The burgers were fantastic, the Mac n’ cheese was good, but not great. Not a huge selection, but there is certainly something for everyone. The atmosphere is pretty cool, all the different fish make it special. The service was actually pretty fast, which I was surprised by. Although you are limited in selection of sides, as my date wanted the lobster Mac n’ cheese as a side, but was only allowed to get the regular Mac n cheese, no big deal, we just ordered the lobster Mac n cheese to go for later. All together a great experience and I’m sure we will be back.

First impressions of this restaurant was it's cleanliness, owners greet you and seat you. Friendly wait staff, prompt service and the food was delicious. Didn't have room for dessert, maybe next time.

I had a such a wonderful experience at Fins! First of all, the fish tanks located around the entire restaurant are beautiful and so much fun to look at. The prices are VERY reasonable and our food was tasty! I got the vegetable primavera and my fiance got the shrimp tacos - zero complaints!! We loved it so much, we joked about going again for our next meal. The service was fast and the server was kind.

Fins is a unique causal eatery. A converted former aqua zoo, it features aquariums and fish covering every wall, creating a unique atmosphere. The menu features unique twists on standard bar fare, always tasty with fast, friendly and personable service. Highly recommend.

I am usually a chicken sandwich kind of girl but for some reason the Coral Reef Roast Beef sandwich called my name and it was amazing. I always have to get their Mac and cheese as a side or a main because it is just wonderful! Love love this place since the first day it has opened!!

Hot wings are great! Owners are very nice!! The aquariums throughout the restaurant are beautiful too!

Food was not great. Pretzel was burned, the queso was grainy, burgers overcooked, spaghetti/pizza sauce was just gross. Service was slow but the atmosphere was fun. The kids loved the fish tanks and our server was sweet.

Went in tonight wasn't busy, fast service, great food and the cookie dough was the icing on the cake! My 3 yr old couldn't focus on dinner because of all the fish. Owner talked to us as we were leaving, very very nice people and place. Hopefully he starts serving Tom and Jerry's like we discussed lol. A+++ place will definitely be back.

Overall good experience. They opened at 4, and we arrived around 4:30 and were immediately seated. They have a good size menu with plenty to choose from. I had fish tacos. They were pretty good. Maybe a little heavy on the coleslaw and cream sauce. 3 tacos were super filling, as there was A LOT of fish in them. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals. The garlic parm fries were a table favorite! The prices were really reasonable too. For 4 of us, with a few beers and an appetizer it was around $75. Definitely a neat place, especially with all the fist aquariums. Good place to bring kids.

I remember coming here when it was Aqua Zoo when I was a kid. I moved away and came back. I knew I was going to be in the area this weekend and had a friend recommend Fins. I am so glad we came here for a date night! Loved the atmosphere, the food was delicious (Fish and Shrimp Tacos), and our waitress Julia was great! We will definitely be back and I will recommend this restaurant to almost everyone... Thank you guys!

Had a wonderful experience at Fins! Loved the casual atmosphere. Food was great and affordable. Don’t let the name fool you...they serve more than just fish and seafood. A lot of options on the menu. The beer selection is pretty impressive too. I loved learning about all the different fish and being able to walk around to see the different aquariums. A must stop!

We went on a road trip to the thousand islands and found this wonderful eatery. It is a family owned business. They were kind and personable.The service was good and the food was delicious and extremely reasonable in price. We tried the fried cheese curds for an appetizer and they were delicious. The curds came from a local farm!There were fish tanks in the walls and the decore was nautically themed. This building was a former aquarium!The restrooms are so clean along with the restaurant.We will return and bring our friends.We had wonderful experience here and we know you will too. You won't be disappointed.

Food was ok, pricey, multiple aquariums with absolutely no information on what is in them.

This place is awesome. Great food, great owners, and great service. EXTREMELY clean, they are taking the COVID protocols seriously and even going beyond. Highly recommended!

My family and I are so happy we visited Fins! We were very impressed with the large menu, delicious food, nautical decor, and of course all the fish! The wait staff was wonderful, very accommodating, and the prices are more than fair. We will definitely be returning customers!

The food at the restaurant was so-so. The fishtanks are wonderful but they're not labeled! There's a book that you can look at but the book doesn't even have a sign at it and it's chained to the wall. There is so much more that they could do…

The guy that owns the place thinks personality is a lost art. Went in had dinner and a glass of wine then when I went to order the second glass he told me he was closed. Only problem is he failed to mention anything about last call,and then he told me that he was up since 6 in the morning. His first mistake was staying past 3 in the afternoon. The food was good except the owner and bartender one in the same should stay to doing dishes.

Hands down dave and the staff are the nicest staff and owners around the bay area. Not to mention the amazing food and drinks ! I have been going since they opened, and never had a bad meal or food that was not good.... plus huge wings every Thursday for 5.99 !!!!!

Wing night is Thursday. Parmasean garlic and Jack Daniels. Large wings, fries fresh cut. It was busy but service great.

Food was excellent. Had shrimp tacos. The kids enjoyed watching all the fish swimming around while your eating. Service was excellent.
